Automatic fail-safe unlock: in the event of fire or power failure it automatically unlocks freeing the exit... it’s FAIL-SAFE!
Anti-crush: the release command also acts under pressure on the door.
Electronic monitoring: magnetic bond sensor and light to control holding force, door open / closed status, built-in relay for remote information.
Universal operating voltage: 12/24Vdc.
